Kerry councillor calls for review of waste

A Kerry councillor is calling for an independent review into the waste-water infrastructure in Waterville.

Norma Moriarty says a bad smell is affecting business owners and locals in the area.

The malodour has been blamed on rotting seaweed, however cllr Moriarty believes there is another cause that needs to be identified.
